Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized or intimate products are non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return
Contact our customer service to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include this number on your package and ship the item according to the instructions provided. Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds and Processing
After inspection, approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds may reflect deductions for restocking fees, return shipping, or applicable taxes. Exchanges for other sizes, colors, or styles are possible but subject to stock availability and potential additional costs.

Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. Any restocking fees will be clearly communicated before processing.
